@norsrock When you receive the item you have the option to accept the purchase and release the money to the seller or open a case against the seller. Your reason for opening a case would be that the item you purchased was not authentic. Also, make sure to report the seller to Poshmark ASAP. I reported them, as well. Hope this helps! @pineapplegrove thank you so much, I have reported the seller already and thank you for helping me. I will have to return the item and not accept it. What an inconvenience, my money is held and deducted right away from my cc.. It is in the posh etiquette no fake.. I guess it is all up to us to do diligence. Thank you so much again 😊
