We're NW Sales Connection and we specialize in Plus size clothing for women and men. We sell plus size winter jackets, ski pants, and swimwear. Sizes we carry in outerwear include 1X-6X. In swimwear we carry 18W-24W. All of our boutique items are NWT’s. We are unable to negotiate prices, as we do not inflate the prices to accommodate lower offers. All boutique items are purchased wholesale with the intent to resell.

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh Colleen, I just got the bathing suit. Although I do love it, it is too small on me. You do still have the next size larger, can I just exchange this one for the next size larger please? Thank you!

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh Hello, it would be nice if you would communicate with me by answering my message(s). The reason I got Poshmark involved is because if I hit the "accept" button, you'd get paid and I'd be stuck with a swim suit that fits like a 12 or 14. I was going by your listing that the suit fit a 16W, which is what I wear, but clearly this suit is no where near a 16W.

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh So I've asked Poshmark, just now, if I can exchange the swimsuit for the larger one you have, but I should not be responsible for paying to ship it back as it wasn't advertised correctly, size wise. Please reply. P.S. I DO LOVE THE SWIM SUIT and have no problem with the quality, but the sizing is described incorrectly. Thank you.

nwscposh I did communicate with you, but I see that my comments are on the listing. I gave you instructions on how to do the exchange. I am sorry that the suit did not fit you. We have sold over 50 of these suits and rarely have had any returns. We used a fit model and other size 16 suits to determine the sizing. I totally understand that buying swimwear online is challenging, as each brand fits differently. Just because the suit didn't fit you correctly, doesn't mean that the listing is not accurate.

nwscposh If you'd like to exchange the suit, please mail it back to us. First class mail is quite economical and is usually around $4. I will pay to ship out the larger size to you. Boldly write EXCHANGE on the outside of the package and include a note inside requesting the exchange.

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh I appreciate your cooperationa and communication regarding this issue, however, I am very hesitant to even go with the 3X. I just measured & sent pics to Poshmark (they requested ). As I've told them, on what planet does a 28" waist & a 30" bust warrant "fitting like a 16W"? Those measurements are clearly a size Medium or possibly a Large. Now I know why it didn't fit when I tried it on!

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh I am extremely disappointed. I took you at your word, thinking you were honest about fitting like a 16W. I love this swimsuit, but obviously cannot be expected to be responsible for this error. I'm thinking to just let me return it for a refund, as the 3X would probably fit like a large and do me no good. Thank you.

nwscposh @steelcurtain74 I am guessing that your measurements do not include the stretch of the suit. Full stretch (like when the suit is being worn) will change the measurements drastically. I am sorry that you do not feel that it is a size 16 Swimsuit. After 50+ units sold, no one had ever said it doesn’t fit like a 16 Swimsuit. I am happy to refund, but I’m not sure how I would do that.

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh Thank you for coming to the right decision. It's up to Poshmark on how to proceed. How did you come to the conclusion that it fits like a 16W? Honestly, I'm not concerned what 50 other people said; I'm concerned with me. So you are saying that a 28 inch waist would stretch 6 inches to a 34" waist, which is about what a 16W is. Wow! That's some stretch! Your suit does not stretch 3 inches yet alone 6 inches.

luckyladybug4u @nwscposh I didn't buy the swimsuit to purposely go through this. I wanted it to fit. I love the suit but I wear 16W not a Chinese medium/large. We'll wait for the outcome but since you agreed to a return, it would speed things up if you send a comment on the dispute page of the item. Thanks a great deal and I'm sorry how things turned out.
