biancachan @nadafarhat so once someone buys something from you, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to use on your package. Box the item up nicely and ship as quickly as you can (posh recommends within 2 days). It will take 2-3 days to get to the buyer and they have 72 hours after the package is delivered to accept it. It is automatically accepted after the 72 hours and that’s when your earnings are released.

biancachan @nadafarhat nope. The only exceptions are if the item is not as described (size is different on tag, looks different than photos) or it is damaged. In this case, you would need to open a case with poshmark within 3 days of the item being delivered
