love2buynsell Nadeen, Hi there. I’m so sorry about the mixup, I think I mailed you the wrong poncho. I will be happy to mail you the correct poncho. I’m not sure how to fix this through posh though.

dakota5436 @love2buynsell Hello. I’m new to Posh. And I am not sure how to fix this either. My husband opened the package and threw out the packaging with the address. I would hate to be out extra for shipping it back to you. Maybe you could refund just the shipping portion so I can return this poncho to you and you can mail me the other one?

love2buynsell @dakota5436 Hi there. I think you should report to Posh, wrong item sent. I won’t challenge you, as, I agree, I sent wrong item. Posh will help us by resending new labels, which they can charge to me, and I will happily send correct item. I’m so sorry I made this mistake. You are correct, the photos that you saw show two different punches. I’m not quite sure how I managed to goof that one up. Honest mistake.

dakota5436 @love2buynsell I reported wrong item sent to posh and asked them how to get a return shipping label so I can send your item back and you can get a new shipping label to send me the correct one. Waiting on them to advise.

dakota5436 @plexus2016 oh ok. That makes sense. I was wondering why everything was damp on the inside. Was thinking it fell in a puddle and water got in somehow, but there wasn’t grey water residue on the damp envelope inside. Thanks for letting me know.
