nikidege @tonyalawson73 Hi Tonya, No I never received it. I just checked the tracking and it's been in VA since the 12th of January. What can be done about this?

tonyalawson73 @nikidege Hello! Still in Virginia? Tracking says it left a Miami Fl facility on January 15. I mailed it out the next day. I have no idea what is going on. My post office is closed. I will go to them on Monday and ask them to see what is going on. If it’s the same I will contact PM Support and see if they can help. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience. This is a first for me. If you find anything out let me know. I will let you know if I find anything out in my end.
