n_misrati Hi @ronnele! I'm sorry to hear that the shoes were too big. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not allow for returns on items that do not fit. If you go to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section and scroll down towards the bottom, you will find the full return policy. However, you can resell an item on your own page! Hope this was helpful.
