fashionlife17 hi..i am rlly sorry + not sure what issue is but PM messaged me they are canceling sale. literally have a receipt from gucci boutique for bag but did not dig for it as never had issue here before. they never asked for documentation or would have sent. super annoying on both ends and sorry again.
