Nadia, how could you give me a 1 star rating? I wrapped your bag beautifully & carefully. It was described perfectly, including 7 pics of every side of the bag & the manufacturers label. The item was clean. I sent you 4 different messages updating you on the status of the shipment as we were in an ice storm in Texas and the mail was not running. Please reconsider changing your rating as I have done absolutely nothing wrong. I appreciate your comment "I really like it thank you".
