cmjnsn Hey there! I just started to box your bag and I see damage done that wasn’t there before. (Small beginning of a hole by the place where the handle connects to the purse) I’m sure it’s because after I listed it, i stored it wrong. I’m learning a lesson here about storing my things. I see that there is still an option to cancel the order. I’m not sure how this works since this has never happened to me. Do I cancel it on my end? I’m so sorry this happened. It’s really such a bummer.

cmjnsn @nadiascloset82 yeah it’s such a cute bag, it’s a real let down. I feel stupid for not hanging it to store it. I put it in a bin with clothes folded on top and I think that did it 😩🤦🏼‍♀️ thank you for your understanding
