heart_closet @njustwj4ever Thank you for your patience. I can understand they can't deliver within 1-2 weeks due to Christmas/holiday season last month but I have shipped it long time back and it is taking so long. I hope you'll get the bag soon.

heart_closet @njustwj4ever Hi, did someone get back to you from sendle courier or poshmark team support? This is really an unacceptable service from the courier side. No message or courtesy info of what is going on with the parcel.

njustwj4ever @heart_closet I received an update on Saturday said that they were unable to deliver because there’s no phone number. So I have arranged a redelivery and wrote my phone number on the note. Let’s hope that I will get sometime this week! 🤞🤞 thanks for checking again, I’m really frustrated too, they should’ve at least left a missed delivery card on my mailbox or something ..

heart_closet @njustwj4ever Their excused does not make sense. They can leave a card or a note for the first delivery attempt to let you know. I hope the parcel is still in good packaging condition 🙏🏼 and I am hoping you'll get it this week for real. This is my first time to encounter this long courier service in AU. Please do let me know if anything I can do for you as I got only an email from poshmark support and sendle customer service that my complaint is still in progress and under investigation. 🙁
