krsten718 I can’t comment anymore on that message - it says I’ve reached my maximum amount of messaging 🙄. Anyway Yeah it takes them up anywhere from 12- 24 hours to respond. And every time I have had another question or the didn’t answer my question the first time- I have to re write them a whole new message.
