Hi! I'm Nai. Some of my favorite brands are Eliza Faulkner, Olivia Rubin, For Love & Lemons, Farm Rio, and any brand that is colorful & sustainably made. I’ve purchased 20 items on Poshmark. I’m now going to start selling on Poshmark after realizing that commission on The Real Real is just awful. alleycatcloset @swahiliname Hi there I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your sunglasses. I shipped them out in bubble wrap and in one of my personal Armani cases that I no longer have for my own sunglasses. You said they were defected broken? How is so? I've sold multiple of these and have gotten great reviews. Please write back and let me know how we can resolve. If you want to refund that's fine. I just need my sunglasses and case in the same condition that I shipped them in.

swahiliname Poshmark already handled the situation. You didn't receive an email from them? They told me that they issued a refund to me and that you still got your money as well. And they told me to keep the item. And sorry for my delayed response, I mentioned before that I was going on vacation so I'm currently in Mexico with barely any access to wifi.

swahiliname I know we got off to a bad start with my 1st comment but I promise you I'm not a troublesome customer. I know you did your best to wrap the sunglasses but unfortunately the Armani case arrived shattered. That's completely not your fault, it most likely happened during shipment. But as soon as I removed the bubble wrap, glass/plastic (idk what that material was) went flying everywhere

swahiliname I know that the listing said quay look alike sunglasses but I unfolded them to see if there was any brand at all listed and when I unfolded them that's when I realized that 1 side was crooked. This could have happened during shipment. And I told poshmark that. However, there was some gross rust stain as well, which couldn't have resulted from shipment.

swahiliname I sent poshmark the photos. Background about me: I'm a huge eBay buyer and seller and so far I'm not feeling poshmark. When situations like this happen, eBay allows you to send photos directly to the seller. And message the seller directly. But with poshmark, you don't even get to see what I'm referring to. And we don't even get the opportunity to work it out amongst ourselves. Poshmark just handles everything on their own with the seller or the buyer being able to refute anything

swahiliname But yea so that was the problem. 1) the Armani case was completely shattered 2) 1 side of the glasses was bent/crooked (and this could have happened during shipment but there's no way I can know that since you didn't include photos of the inside view of the glasses) 3) there was a really gross rust stain. Also I told poshmark that I could send it back to you but I couldn't send the Armani case back since it had completely shattered during shipment.

swahiliname But as I mentioned in the earlier comment, poshmark told me to keep it and they issued me a refund as well. And they told me that you still made your money as well. I'm really sorry about this. I promise I wasn't trying to be a difficult customer. I was just being honest about the condition of the sunglasses. What can I do with tilted/crooked sunglasses? Sorry again for the late reply, I just saw your comment.
