Hi there, I see you opened a case against me for not sending you the right items. The items you purchased are inside the box. Please open it. I used that box to protect them during shipping. They're wrapped in bubble wrap inside that box. The eye masks were a freebie, and I even added a note and taped it to the item saying this one is free. Please open the box, you will find what you purchased inside.
