alnliz1 @nichelle5901 I finally opened a case She finally responded and said she gives out a lot of items and one slipped through the crack not an excuse in my opinion she said she would do anything to fix the situation so I asked her to replace the glasses with one in her closet and she said she doesn’t have them anymore but yet they are still listed in her closet for sale. I don’t understand people like this all bad business.
