I also noticed when you offer your money can be removed from your card if the seller approves it. Please tell me if that’s true. I like to shop often but when I want to. nikkinichole40 @nancyherrington hi. I’m very sorry to bother you but I need advice. I fell in love with shopping here at posh. I’ve been buying a lot of items. I only had one issue with one seller. She was rude and argumentative with any questions I asked. She waited until the deadline to ship my order on the 5th day. Instead of saying it’s been a delay but it will b shipped within 5 days. She started scolding me n telling me she doesn’t ship on Saturdays n that I needed to b understanding.

nikkinichole40 @nancyherrington But I was confused becuz she never told me wat to b understanding about. So when I would ask if it had been shipped she would get angry and scold me. Meanwhile the item I tried to purchase she never even removed off her site. She was still excepting orders so I had no way of getting any info like if it was pending of not so I was confused. I eventually got upset and asked for a refund. She said it was shipped. But it had not been shipped.

The only way I could find the necklace was I had to search comments. It was never in my active orders. Meanwhile I ordered several other items after that one. I got some. N done told me to front it’s coming. But becuz they communicated it was fine.

But she’s still going on and on sending smiley emojis. I don’t want to buy from her. Wat can I do. Worst part is I co tasted posh n because I threatened to report her. She rushed n shipped it on the last day. So they responded saying the item was shipped.
