stephc153 Hi Nalini. I’m sorry you’re not happy with your purchase. I want you to know that the bag is 100% brand new. I never used it once. The fading you speak of is intentional and I thought it was shown clearly in the pictures I provided that the PINK printing has a faded look to it. I posted a close up picture that shows this very well. This faded style was given to the bag during production, it is not the result of any use by me. It looks exactly the same as the day I purchased it brand new.

stephc153 With this information, I hope you’ll reconsider that the bag is worth the price you paid. I also hope you’ll reconsider editing your rating and comments, as I would never promote something as brand new when it’s been used. If not though, that’s okay. Take care and happy holidays.
