stephyang hi! for the brandy melville heidi top you're interested in -- about the retail -- it retails for $34 after tax+shipping (which is what i paid) so you'd still be getting it for under retail at $31 :) i could do $30 so that you'd be paying the exact retail price after shipping though! i know it's not NWT or anything but it's still in good condition and it's also sold out online! lmk if that works for you or not, i can also ship right away :)
