Hi I sent back the offer of $20 the boots were listed @40 my gift card was for $10 to fix the heel if I had accepted the offer it would be well over $28 discounted that will not be fair to me

@starlight207 I took the boots to the shoe repair shop and they charged me $14 to repair both heels. Do you want to send me a gift card for that amount or do you want to put it towards the navy tall boots as I discussed with you before? It’s up to you how you would like to handle this.
