nanciclifford @alena07112 because someone selling expensive liquid products/samples should be aware of something like temperature. When products are heated up their composition breaks down..... just like sunscreen that you’ve had out in the heat over and over again, it will become watery. I’m hoping that is not what happens to these after sitting in a hot mailbox all day. Two stars were for your responsiveness and sending it soon.

I told you why... what I thought you did very well. I’m sorry if you can’t take responsibility for something you are selling and someone is trying to make you aware of something you may not have thought of. I didn’t ask you for the money back and I really wasn’t trying to be rude... just truthful.

alena07112 @nanciclifford havent you recieved hot items in the mail before. I packaged them well and gave you four products for 15. Dont base a rating on the temperature. I wrapped them well for that reason If anything sits in your mailbox it's going to be hot. Common sense

Yes, I was very glad to get home as American Airlines had canceled 1500 flights and I was concerned about that. Not sure I’ll be going anywhere for awhile now with the mandates. Be we who believe trust in the one who has complete control… not matter what it looks like. My friend is doing well … therapy is painful but she’s getting better.
