nutmegly @nancyhlaigle was the box damaged during shipping? It was a brand new box so I can’t imagine they would have gotten dirty? But just leave them wrapped as they came and I have no problem taking them back. I try not to waste paper on items that don’t need padding, but if the box was damaged that’s a different story.

I couldn't download it and I didn't get a email for it either. I have contacted Posh support and was informed they're experiencing some technical difficulties with processing the labels.
