ladmsdaed47 @lobo8928 , Hi, I'm the seller of the Talbots navy blue blouse, Just now looking it over before I send it & I found a rip in the seam in the front of the blouse. I believe you as the buyer can cancel a transaction with 3 hours of purchase. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience. I have looked at this blouse numerous times & would not have left it in my closet if I knew about the ripped seam. Please let me know if you were able to cancel this transaction. Thanks
