nancy9808 @rivergirl35 I received the puff style from you today and it is too small. This one was a little longer but I have no ability to move it on the wrist after I close it. Do I go to the post office Monday or do I get a return from Posh? I actually love the other one much better because the links are thinner and more comfortable. Do you by any chance have an extra clip from a juicy charm. I bought an old one and it does not have the clip. Thanks for everything. Nancy

nancy9808 I sent the other bracelet back to you because it was not a true size 8”. You can not count the closure in the length because the two ends go into each other so it will be always shorter. I am not happy that you will not give me a refund. When you receive this bracelet you are now required to send it back to me. I will sell it on eBay with the correct measurements and will never buy on this site again. Nancy

nancy9808 @rivergirl35 Did you see my note that I had already the next day mailed your puff heart bracelet back to you. Posh later said I could not return it but it was too short and I did not see anything about not returnable when I bought it. The other bracelet you sent me fits perfect. So If you are not willing to refund my money then you will need to send it back to me so I can try to sell it on Ebay. It is up to you. Nancy
