envy_boutique Hi Nancy. You purchased our Paige Verdugo jeans and rated us a 3 due to what you described as “a string Fabreeze smell”. We take our ratings quite seriously and we’re confused by this since we do not use Fabreeze in our wash. Prior to shipping, we washed the jeans in Tide and the only other scent would be a dryer sheet for fabric softening. We always prefer the buyer ship the item back for return rather than lower our rating. I did see that you have accepted the item.
