Nancy, I am the one who you purchased the Floral Alegria mary james from. I see thru tracking the pkg is out for delivery. I am so sorry, but I believe you will be receiving Red Lucky Brand Boots destined for another person.

I am so sorry for the delay. They were purchased for my mother and her retirement place had them locked in a closet :/ we did receive the incorrect pair. What should I do??

@amemclrj Posh support has been notified. I shipped two pairs of shoes the same day, so sorry for the mix up. The person who received your Alegria shoes opened up a case with Poshmark also. I sent Poshmark both order #'s for review. Do not accept order for now. Normally, what they do is issue you & the other buyer emails with a shipping label from you to the correct buyer, visa versa. The same thing happened to me.

Just when you receive your email with the shipping label please mail pkg in orig box with label provided. You can also go to "Your Purchases" & there is a place to comment item not as described. Again, do not accept order.

You can also click for support, and let them know the item was not as described. They will show where they open a case for you. Again, they are aware of this & have both order #'s. I have not heard back from them either. I ask that you Please be patient, & again I am soooo sorry.

@amemclrj It is my understanding that Poshmark has sent you & the other Buyer that received your shoes a shipping label to print off to ship out the incorrect item to the other Buyer. Again, I am so sorry for the delay & inconvenience this issue has caused.
I just ask that you ship out the item you received in error to the other Buyer as soon as possible so we can finalize this mix up

Have you "Re-Shipped" the package out to the correct Buyer?? I received confirmation that the other person has re-shipped your package on 01/27/2017 so u should recv soon

@amemclrj I've messaged you many times re: this issue. Poshmark sent shipping labels to you & the other buyer who received your shoes. She has already re-shipped your item to you, it has been delivered & waiting for your ACCEPTANCE.
I have received NO notice where you have shipped out the Lucky Brand Boots to the other buyer.
Please advise what the issue is!!

@bsrobbins53 I shipped the boots out yesterday. As I said before these were for my mother who is in a home and cannot get out to do this herself. I had to make a special trip to her, which is quite a distance, to get the incorrect item.
