Hello Nancy. You were my first 4⭐️rating. I felt as if I provided a very high level of service, gave you a great deal, packaged beautifully and shipped immediately. The shoes were in amazing condition and the size you ordered. I'm a cancer patient that sells on line to benefit local cancer patient nonprofits. I exhaust myself making every effort and truly care about making poshers happy. I am sorry I failed with you in some way.

Yes all that you said is true. The only thing wrong was the width of the shoe. I believe it should me marked on the sizing of the shoe. Not just by you but by all those selling. I didn't mean to offend you in anyway and I am sorry if I did. If you want me to change to a 5 star I would.
