joeydelaplants @nanner18411 Not yet, I called Fitbit tech and they said they would send me a new one if the warranty of one yes wasn't already ended so if what you saying it true that it's new and only 2-3 months old then they were wrong... Could you confirm? Thank you for working this out with me 😊

nanner18411 @jesshessstore I’m not sure when I purchased it, but it’s not new. I said I only used it for a short while, maybe that’s why you’re assuming it’s new?!?! I did say the charger was broken & it won’t clip on completely so that’s why it won’t hold a charge! I don’t know what else I can say or do at this point.
