Once again, I apologize, but I am 100% certain that the top was sent in the package; like I said prior, both tops were packaged together (in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon). The only thing I can think of is that perhaps the box was tampered with during the transit to you. Did you notice anything odd/tampering with the box?
