Please realize that this is my livelihood. Ratings are the life line of any biz these days. If you are not satisfied, I need to know why and make it right. Poshmark has guidelines about ratings below 5 stars. They hurt the seller. Please let me know why 4 stars and we can work this out.

Nancy, since you have ignored my requests to explain substandard rating on a high quality nwts 5 star, high demand piece, I am blocking you from making further purchases from my closet. I provided measurements, I offered refund. This irresponsible, off guidelines behavior is hurtful to sellers who strive to provide outstanding PM experience.
