angelrosebud3 Hi Nancy. I was shocked by your low rating on my perfect Zebra Trench Coat! When an item is in such good condition, but the buyer was expecting something different, the item is still perfect, and I feel that a low rating is misplaced. I delivered everything I promised in my description. For that reason, I am asking that you reconsider, and re-rate me on the acceptance page. Currently my ratings are 100% 5 star. louisew1 @angelrosebud3 I’m sorry I haven’t responded to you...I was out of town...the coat is a nice coat...well made...fits perfectly...what I didn’t realize is, the coat is not white and black zebra...it’s more of a taupe and black...but what really surprised me was the underside of the belt is white along with the underside of the collar...it’s white also! I would have thought it would be black...taking it to my seamstress to fix...thank you...Nancy White

angelrosebud3 Dear Nancy, thank you! However, I still don't understand the low rating. If you read the description, it clearly says that the back of the collar and belt were white. And the pictures were quite clear showing the coat was black, taupe, AND white. Plus the quality of the coat was perfect. The fact that you were disappointed was not due to any fault of my own. Therefore I ask you again to PLEASE go back to the acceptance page and change your rating to a fair one. Thanks SO very much!
