bnorthposhmark I have worked with poshmark for 6 weeks about this subject and they just refuse to refund you money of 21.99. And they refuse to send you a return label for boots. I am just stumped. This is a very poor way to do business. No phone for the severe cases and won't do what I ask them to do. Still, they send me their stock letter with no information on it.I will send them another one. Maybe if you could get on to them also it would help. Thanks for your patience.
