mvpm @nancyva2018 I have no idea how to send you a private message. Maybe you can post it as a new item, but not for sale and then delete it. It’s weird that we don’t have this option to communicate. Then I’ll have to see how can I refund tour money. I was selling those before they didn’t fit me, and wanted to give them away, I only made $7 on them... Again, so sorry 😐

mvpm And don’t throw them away if you like them, maybe a good shoe repair person can fit a new sole, they are great otherwise. Just a suggestion, I did that with a pair of my boots.

Thank you for following up. It’s only 12 dollars not a big deal just really annoying that you’re right we can’t communicate adequately with each other.

mvpm @nancyva2018 Hi, thank you for changing the ratting, I really appreciate it. Customer support wrote back to me saying that since the funds have been released the sale is complete and cannot be returned. So weird, since I was requesting assistance on how to refund your money. They are saying that you should contact them but I know you already did... I am truly disappointed myself of this resolution, because I want to make things right.
