rchase & refusing to refund my PayPocnrobins52 Poshmark has said theyal. I filed a broken item claim with picture within their time frame but they made multiple requests for submission & during the delay, THEY released the funds without my permission. I would appreciate your contacting them to request proper treatment of purchasers. Please let me know what they say. thank you

somehow the above became disjointed but I was trying to convey the fact that Poshmark DID NOT have permission to release payment as the 1st file of the claim was within their timeframe.

i didnt expect any money, but i just checked my balance & it was there, i will notify poshmark, i was waiting for the return of the item so i could gve the post office a piece of my mind.

i just notified posh, i got told it would take at least 24hrs., you might want to the support & help section & chat with them & send a pic of it broken

@rocnrobins52 rocnrobins52 Shipper wont take broken glass. it is the carrier & Poshmark that are not doing what they are supposed to do. Posh gave a scripted reply to 3 emails I've had with them. it wasnt always that way but they take more & more from sellers & give little support to purchasers. It is sad for Posh because there are other venues to sell on. they've made lots of money off my purchases. thank you for trying.
