trickyniki319 hey girl, just got my package & the main part (well the reason I purchased) the balance & brighten foundation I'm assuming slipped outta packaging & it's crushed..this is the first thing I've actually received on posh..what do I do??

trickyniki319 @basics2glam ok thank you.. know it's not you're fault, but just so disappointing! I mean the delivery people had to of thrown this package around hard, the foundation is basicly dust! I didn't know how to go about it & didn't accept the item bc again didn't know where that would lead me so I sent an email to posh about it..I was sure to say how nice & helpful u were & that shipping most likely the caused all damages. I didn't want any negatively directed to you bc you've been awesome

trickyniki319 @basics2glam well they said to put in a formal complaint that item was not as described, but it was as described just busted during shipping..I didn't want it to make u look bad as a seller, didn't seem right..idk if it even mattered but still seemed wrong so guess I'm stuck with it lol..
