freddielou64 Hi Nancy, I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with the mootsies tootsies they had been in storage for a couple of years they are vintage I had put them on and wear them around and didn't notice that the strap was like that I do apologize for that and so sorry if I had known that I would have listed it I try to list all the flaws on everything that I sell

freddielou64 I guess sometimes I might miss something it certainly was not intentional. If you would like I can give you store credit for something that is equal value and send it to you if you would like to send the shoes back I'm not sure how that works on returns haven't had to deal with that yet

Since started pushing I've worked really hard I'm trying to do my very best to put out the best that I have an to list and address any and everything about them.. please accept my sincere apologies hopefully this will only make me more better at this

alohaspirit13 sorry you were not fully satisfied with the order. my listing says price is firm and i still took $10 off to satisfy the customer. in the future please ask questions before purchasing especially something that isnt listed as brand new as us poshers put are all into this site. i take pride in my items and being fully transparent but you can’t please everyone it seems. i will not be giving deals anymore especially for people who clearly didn’t read the posting correctly.
