Hello, I sending this message to offer my sincerest apologies once again. I am not familiar with this brand of shoe however I fell in love with it on first sight. They don’t fit me so that is why I had no idea about the strap size length. I liked the comfort and quality so much I’ve been search for the brand every since.

2. I responded to the return request immediately and since I’ve not heard anything from Poshmark I was hoping you saw my response. This was an honest mistake and I’ll do whatever I can to correct this situation. I’m truly apologetic for your disappointment, frustration and time wasted.
