joeeanita I absolutely DID NOT SUBSTITUTE anything on your order. I would never do that! This is an honest mistake. I’m shocked that I made such a mistake actually but it’s possible because I had to sets of these earrings for sale and each set had 3 different colors so I accidentally mixed one pair. I am happy to take them back but I am kindly asking that you amend your rating. This is my business and I want my customers to be happy!

You should have kindly reported the problem to Poshmark so I can correct it instead of assuming the worst of me and giving me my first bad rating. Shipment #2 which was received a few days ago - 1 red, 1 black & another white earring which I expected to be a yellow earring. So I have received 2 white earrings from you. The photo that I made the purchase from showed a yellow earring along with the black & red earrings.

I make every effort to filter out anything that isn’t a woman’s product because I don’t want the hassle of weeding through kid’s stuff when I’m looking for myself. I don’t want any kid’s crap in my feed. That was a pattern I wanted for a long time.

trespink Just looked at the listing. I had boys who are now grown so I don’t look for something that says “girls” in all lower case letters. I think of Poshmark as a site for women. Think it would be a good idea in the future to CAPITALIZE the word “girls” or say “Child’s” size on a woman’s fashion website.
