@nstclair5 I am trying to package up all your Pfaltzgraff winterberry dishes however am unfortunately running into an issue. The shipping alone would be an additional $30 due to the weight of the packages. Npw, I would love to get you the items you truly want, but cannot do it for $50 dollars; after poshmark fees and overweight shipping there is nothing left.

Poshmark allows a 5 lb limit or I can pay for heavier shipping (up to 10 pounds for an additional $20 dollars which is only another 5 pounds). @nstclair5 yes sorry I guess coffee is not kicking - or too much turkey. The large cardinal dish is wrapped. The small is set to the side to be sold at a discount (only the tail broke off the dish and can be re-glued. I will definitely keep that in the package. Any thoughts on third order? - i keep trying to play with shipping weights. It’s turning into Tetris here.

@nstclair5 only 1 - 16 piece set in box, the other set is loose pieces, and 1 plate is missing. The boxed set weighs 18.8 pounds alone. Perhaps other payment types and shipping directly USPS is a better option due to weight? Let me know your thoughts.

@rachit887 I looked in the FAQs and it seems you might be able to split it up with a wholesale order. if you look at the faq regarding heavy items, there is a note at the end of the table about wholesale orders and multiple package labels. You can click on the link for wholesale items, it tells you how to access wholesale as a seller. let me know if this works!

Hi Rachel, both packages arrived today, but unfortunately there were broken items in both packages. The stemware glass arrived shattered, glass everywhere! The bottom of the cardinal dish was smashed, as well as the creamer bowl in the cream and sugar set. That was in it's original box in the shipping box and it still was smashed! How discouraging! I took pictures and will send to Poshmark for a refund, just wanted to let you know in advance. What a bummer. Thanks, Nancy

@nstclair5 it’s extremely disheartening, Poshmark canceled the sale so you received your money back; but at the cost of any earnings I was to make (even though this is fault of USPS not mine). Does this mean you are returning the items that were not broken? If you plan on keeping them, then I would like to request some funds back. Let me know your plan.
