mee_gen I’m not certain what’s going on but I resale quality merchandise. I actually bought those off Poshmark and they were too big so I resold. The shoe was solid if they were not I would’ve donated them. You indicated they were bent and worn that definitely was not the shoe I sold. When I purchased they didn’t work but never did I demean the seller. For a Dansko to loose the heel that’s a new one on me cause I buy them all the time. Never have I receive such rating on my sales

mayfina Some online research states that a few years ago Dansko changed manufacturers and now a lot of their shoes are subject to this kind of rapid disintegration. I am devastated - I have loved Danskos for years. I have written to Dansko and sent them photos, which I would be happy to share with you. Since you had no way of knowing this might happen, I will change my rating back. I guess I will have to start shopping for a different brand of shoes. :(
