Hi Nancy I just responded to you case. I never actually used the bag so I was unaware of any defect. I asked them to send you a return label and issue a refund as quickly as possible. I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience. If there’s anything else I can do to make it right please let me know. Please keep the gift and if you want anything else I’d be happy to add a discount. I’ll check to make sure they sent the return label.
