You could also take it to any Nordstrom and give the name Albert Huber as the person who purchased it. They are an authorized dealer they can replace the batteryOf course at a charge but then you’ll know it was done properly

Tell them it was a gift from Albert Huber 912 Reed Street Philadelphia PA 19146. That’s my husband they have his name in their database. You should be getting it today I’m super excited for you.
