naomimaurer Hi Nancy, I am so sorry that one of the brooches came loose in shipping. They were firmly attached when they were packed. I tried to take precautions to prevent damage by wrapping the shoes separately and adding bubble wrap and padding to the box to keep contents from bumping around. I hope you were able to repair it, I’m not sure what else I could have done to ensure safe arrival. Once again, my apologies.
