mypolkadotshop hi Nancy, I'm so sorry the child holding turtle didn't make it to you in one piece! I wrapped it many many times in 2 types of bubble wrap and surrounded that with popcorn! Poshmark guarantees your purchase and mine. Instead of giving me a bad rating you let them know item is damaged. send them a photo, simple and you get $ back. Stay well
