Exact same thing with me - I shipped an Alice + Olivia dress July 18 and it was undeliverable. Status has been “returning to sender” for a month, and it was available for you to pick up at the post office for SEVERAL DAYS after you reached out to PM support to complain you couldn’t find the package.

Either you aren’t getting any Poshmark notifications, or you’re trying to run some scam, in which case shame on you. This isn’t doing anything except wasting people’s time. Really hoping you’re just not tech savvy, but it’s super hard to give the benefit of the doubt in this case so I am reporting as well.

This is a spam account. Likely a stolen identity or fake account to test fraudulent credit cards. Items will be shipped to a vacant address and returned back to you. Poshmark should delete the account!!!

@kcspicker15 PM support response to my complaint is that I'm to let them know if the item has not been received back by 9/1, and THEN they would take a closer look. I'm probably going to have to file a claim with USPS to be compensated. I'm not feeling very confident that PM support finds an issue with the buyer's behavior.

@pinkpeonies912 yeah I think you are right they told me they encouraged her to re-buy the dress I sold her now that she updated her address. I wrote them and said I blocked her. If you get it back all they do is cancel the order then. I hope you do get it back or poshmark releases your funds.. let me know what happens and good luck!!

And now she’s changed her address? If this were a real account, why wouldn’t she be responding here to all of us? She knows she’s getting these comments and can read them and isn’t responding that it was an honest mistake…suspicious

I went ahead and accepted her new offer (after a previous return due to a bad address) and invited a Poshmark agent into the chat to confirm it’s a real account. The Poshmark agent said that this account has had “multiple successful deliveries” and that everything should be fine. I went ahead and shipped the order… we will see 🤪

Everybody else has been having problems so nobody wants to accept orders from the seller or ship their items they’ve been losing money and losing their items or having their items be returned to them. We’re not all comfortable with that risk.

@jadegold77 hi! Did you end up shipping to her and did you have any issues? She’s interested in a lot of my items so I added them to her bundle and sent an offer. She hasn’t accepted or countered so there’s no sale as of now. She asked me how she could view my other items so she can bundle so it seems like she may just be non-tech savvy? We had that conversation in the comments section of the bundle. I’ve since left comments there but no response yet.

I immediately canceled my order with them after I read all of these comments of people not getting their item back or their item getting shipped to them or them not getting their money back.

@minna_arthur yup it’s a scam. Yesterday, I accepted her offer on an item, shipped it because it was a Friday and I didn’t want to wait will Monday. About 6ish hours later she writes: please cancel this order immediately I did not intend to purchase it. Wow. So now what do I do?
