philanne Hi Nanette. I have received a necklace from you today, and I did not purchase it. I did buy one from you, several weeks ago. I will be glad to pay for this new one, it's very pretty. I just don't want someone else expecting to receive it and it's not delivered to them. Please give me some advice on how to handle this. Thanks!!!

bluebirdca @philanne thanks for letting me know because the package was not tracking. I really thought that it would come back to me because that was the label I used to send your original package and shouldn't have worked. I just didnt pay attention and thought I had a new sale but it was your original sale. I didn't look at the picture because the 2 necklaces were similar. Please accept it as my gift and promise to visit my closet again. Thanks

bluebirdca @lalmeda I promise that I mailed them to you. I assure you that I'm very ethical & didn't cheat you. I mailed it immediately and used a 4x7 manual envelope and self padded it for protection. I hand wrote your address and put it in my mailbox with 6 stamps. Unfortunately there us no way I can track it. I'm very sorry.

bluebirdca @lalmeda just a follow up. I once received a magazine in the mail, & inside the magazine was a letter that didn't have a postage mark. I dropped it in the mail because it was the right thing to do. My point is that things get lost in the mail. Unfortunately, I believe that this is what happened to you. I will look & see if I have any more of those earrings & will let you know.
