kbwilliamson Hi. I purchased the Alexis Bittar bracelet with the black stone from you a few weeks ago. Unfortunately after wearing it last night for the first time, the stone fell out completely at the cocktail hour of the wedding I was attending! I'm relatively new to poshmark so not entirely sure what the protocol is, but if there's any way to come to a resolution, that would be awesome. I did submit a formal inquiry/question but believe it takes a few days to hear back. Thanks in advance!

nannette17 @kbwilliamson OMG! I'm sorry to hear that! How did that happen!? Did it fall? The bracelet is brand new. I checked it in its entirety before selling & shipping it to you and it was in perfect condition. I'm thinking that if the stone fell off its an easy fix. If you take it to a jewelry shop they could place it back. I'm an avid Alexis Bittar collector and I have never had a piece brake or have any of my sold items brake. Please let me know if you'll take it to a jewelry shop to glue it back on!

kbwilliamson @nannette17 thanks for getting back to me & for being as upset as I am! Unfortunately it was an outdoor cocktail hour and when the stone fell, a piece of it splintered off on the slate. I'm so upset 😭. Was thinking a jeweler could perhaps glue the stone back in but not sure what can be done about the piece that broke off. Hopefully they can come up with something. Thanks again for reaching back out I appreciate it!

meechyandmook @nannette17 Ok I work at Saks Fifth Ave warehouse so I get discounts plus we have first dibs on returns , shoes off the mannequins , anything new or on sale . That’s why my page so full. I still have things I haven’t had time to post. So you can buy shoes with no boxes or boxes with no shoes. Boxes only $2 but they get to them before I do ,now I have shoes with no boxes . It’s first come first served for the employees. It might be worth it for me to have the boxes if I wanna sell the shoe.

meechyandmook @nannette17 Everything I get is from Sak that’s why I put a Saks bag in the package when I ship them . Most things we keep and some things if we think we can make some kind of profit from we sell. Even with me making some pennies off a sale , the buyer still saves a bunch . Most of my stuff still on the website .
