So, i think the post office sent this item to the wrong address. Aim trying to figure out what happened. i have my receipt that i shipped this, but it still says pending scan.

@whoiambuchanan Ikr! I’m really pressuring them on social media. It’s actually ridiculous that they send an auto response to a customer support ticket that says, “due to the busy holiday season, it could take48 hours” so i sent another twitter DM saying that is unacceptable.

@whoiambuchanan Well, turns out i printed the same label (Shoes) for your item and Their item. I had 5 items going out and i rushed. I’ve been doing this for almost 2 years, 500+ listings and this has never happened. My other customer is helping me. I just need to know if SHE got charged extra for shipping, She will mail it-but i need to make sure that i make her whole. Again, PM customer service is HORRIBLE. I apologize, i just wish they were more responsive.

I’m afraid PoshMark It’s going to kick me off their site because i keep complaining on Twitter. So far ZERO response, initially when i put in my service form they said 48 hours... I’m sooooo irritated. I promise to keep you updated. Lmk if you want to cancel, i would understand😢

@whoiambuchanan I mean seriously, it’s so unbelievable how worthless their customer service is. They sent me an email yesterday, i responded and never heard from them again🤬 if it auto cancels, we can figure it out. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 i went onto twitter and saw so many comments about customer service, i just piled on😂😂😂

PM Just sent me a message says they sent the label to the young lady that I accidentally sent jacket to. it looks like she already dropped it in the mail because I got a notification said it started tracking to thank you so much for understanding again I have no idea how i did this.
