potteronthefarm Hi Naomi! I wish that you had contacted me rather than leaving me a bad review, as I had no idea there was anything wrong with the shoes. I have contacted Poshmark and asked them to let you return them to me, so we will see what they say. If they won’t do that, I will see if you want to exchange information and I will send you money, minus the fees that they charged me. I would never sell something bad to someone knowingly. I’m not that person.

potteronthefarm I came back here to add that if you look at my “about me” page you will see that I don’t make any money off of this closet. It all goes towards helping my mom and I buy sterno, hot hands, food, gloves, hats, hygiene products, and other items to fill our local street pantry. It would mean a lot if you’d consider editing your review so that our efforts aren’t hindered.

potteronthefarm I have bought shoes from thrift shops before that looked perfect and then they fell apart when I wore them the first time. It sucks! I promise I’d never do that to someone on purpose. You can find my email address by following the link in my bio to my website. If you are in a hurry to be reimbursed, that’s what I’d advise you to do. We are super broke until the first of the month but I’m sure I can figure something out.

hestern @potteronthefarm Hi Lindsay! I really appreciate your quick reply to help resolve this issue. I too have reached out to posh protect to see if I can get my money back. This was my first poshmark purchase, which is partially why I was so disappointed. I thought you were the only person that could see my review of the product and did not mean to cast a bad light. I hope we can get to the bottom of this and I will change the review!

potteronthefarm @naomihester Poshmark is usually a great way to shop and I am so sorry to have given you a bad first experience. I’ve been “burned” a time or two, but learned some good lessons early on. Reviews are a good way to tell if the seller is honest or not. Also yes, always try them on, look at every piece of a garment of clothing, etc. I hope they answer us soon, but either way I promise I’ll make it right. Thank you!
