@naomi0379 Hey Naomi, Sorry to see the damage on that bag. I apologize. I guess we made a mistake when separating all the bags. If you are OK with the small damage and would like to try to clean that, and it will look a lot better. I propose i send you another slightly damaged bag to make up for it. If you like that option let me know or if not I can accept the claim responsibility and refund after you return the item. Again I greatly apologize for the inconvenience.

@hotfashionbrand thanks, but I can’t clean fabric discoloration (looks like sunlight damage) and I don’t want to attempt cleaning what look like stains to find it makes a worse mess. I would like to return the faulty bag for a full refund, please.

@dinadesigns you said “perfect” & I don’t agree that’s the condition, nor do I think it was cleaned before shipping. There was hair & dust inside & I said I was able to clean it up, my disappointment is because I you didn’t follow through. If I felt it should be returned I would have done so. It smells nice and I suspect a spray of Febreeze or something similar is not uncommon when Poshers are selling used items. I stand by my feedback, I don’t think I deserve a scolding for it.
