sloanieinthesix Hi Narissara! The buttons inside the small Jcrew envelope in the pocket of the coat are spare buttons that came with the purchase. Jcrew usually provides spare buttons so that in case the original buttons fall off and are lost, the customer can repair it themselves. Thanks for your purchase and hope you enjoy this item!
