nasrafi21 The very noticeable indentation of the leather front & center above the H clasp was neither mentioned nor photographed and I definitely don’t feel like minor scratch is an accurate representation of that. I told PM that had I know that was there, I wouldn’t have offered as much as I did because it’ll cost a few hundred to get it repaired at a fine leather repair shop, if it can be repaired at all. And I also told them that I’d prefer to keep the bag but be reimbursed for the cost of repair.
